Và ngày nay, cơn sốt này có thể thấy khắp nơi trên Facebook và mạng xã hội khác, rất nhiều anh chị em đã bắt đầu chia sẻ và góp phần xây dựng cho nền kỹ nghệ Nails thêm đẹp và đa sắc hơn.

Chưa dừng tại đó, Nailsjobs vẫn tiếp tục đeo đuổi con đường nghệ thuật của mình và phát huy tinh thần chia sẻ trong cộng đồng. Nailsjobs quan niệm rằng, khi chúng ta chia sẻ mọi người trong nghề ai cũng sẽ làm đẹp hơn, tạo tiếng thơm cho cộng đồng ta trên thị trường thế giới.     Nailsjobs ( Zurno INC) understands that returning products is a part of doing business on the internet. Below please read carefully our process. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly help you to return your product, when it falls within the guidelines below.

    To return items purchased from Nailsjobs ( Zurno INC ) ,  follow the instructions below. Exception: To return items that were delivered by freight please call 1-888 887 8807.

    Nailsjobs ( Zurno inc)  is not responsible for color variations in: gel polish, lacquer, dipping powder or matching sets as well as differences from your computer to the actual which are all out of our control.

    SHIPPING: Product damage and shortages must be reported to Nailsjobs ( Zurno inc) with 24 hours of receipt of delivery. Damages must be noted on the Delivery Receipt and with the driver prior to signing for acceptance of goods. NO EXCEPTIONS ALLOWED. 


    RETURN POLICY: 
    We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 15% fee may be charged upon inspection. Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges. Custom orders, gels, lacquer, liquids, powders, closeouts, furniture, spas and time dated items may not be returned. In the case of free shipping provided for orders of $200 or more, customers who returns these orders will be held responsible for shipping that we covered.

    DISCLAIMER: Zurno Inc. is not responsible for changes of manufacturing components, specifications or color which may differ from literature, web sites or other promotional items.

    WARRANTY: All warranties are from the manufacturer and not from Nailsjobs (Zurno Inc). Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.

    RETURN GUIDELINES:

    • Items must within 30 days of shipment
    • All items must be in the original packaging, and in good condition, sealed.  Used items are not refundable. 
    • Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS: Some items are not able to be returned including:

    Clearance items or discontinued items

    • Items with broken product seals
    • Class deposits
    • Items that are subject to Manufacture's Return Policy or Warranty
    • Items that have been damaged through customer use or abused
    • Custom order or drop ship special order items which include all pedicure spas and furniture
    • Nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits or used acrylic and liquid.
    • DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS: For the purposes of this policy, the term "Defective" refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws or product failure would fall under Warranty (see above).

      EXCHANGES: Nailsjobs (Zurno inc) will accept exchanges to items purchased here within. Please send the item back to the address listed below.

      Upon inspection, we will issue a credit towards a purchase of your next item. Customer is subject to any associated shipping charges.

      RESTOCKING FEE: A restocking fee is applicable in some product categories. The restocking fee charges are:

      • We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within 15 days of delivery. A 15% fee may be charged upon inspection. Customer is responsible for 2-way shipping charges.
      • 30% for Special Order Products, including salon furniture, pedicure chairs & other heavy equipment. We suggest you finalized on equipment before making your purchase. Large equipment requires special packing prior to being shipped. If you do not have the necessary supplies or equipment to pack and ship these items back in a safe condition then you may that this into consideration before you purchase.
