RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY


RETURN POLICY:
We accept returns of undamaged goods, in the original packaging, within fifteen (15) days of delivery. A fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee will be charged upon receipt of the returned product. Customers are responsible for 2-way shipping charges (non-refundable.) Customized orders, gels, lacquer, liquids, powders, closeouts, furniture, spas and time dated items may not be returned. In the case of free shipping provided for orders of $200 or more, customers who return these orders shall be responsible for the shipping costs that Zurno, Inc. incurred for the order shipment.

DISCLAIMER:
Zurno, Inc. is not responsible for changes of manufacturing components, specifications or colors which may be different from the literature, web sites, social media, or other promotional items.

WARRANTY:
All warranties are from the manufacturers, and not from Nailsjobs (Zurno, Inc.). Shipping costs are not covered and you are responsible for all shipping charges.

RETURN GUIDELINES:
● The subject items must be returned within thirty (30) days of the shipment date. Zurno, Inc. cannot honor any receipts after thirty (30) days from the date of the purchase for returns, refunds, or store credits.
● All returns must have the original receipts.
● All items must be in the original packaging, and in good condition, sealed. Used
items are not refundable.
● Upon inspection, the item has to be in resalable condition.
● Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:
Below are some typical items that cannot be returned including, but not limited to:
● Clearance items or discontinued items
● Items with broken product seals
● Class deposits (The deposits can be moved to different schedules or store credits).
● Items that are subject to Manufacturer's Return Policy or Warranty.
● Items that have been damaged through customer uses or abuses.
● Customized order, drop ship, special order items which include all pedicure spas and furnitures.
● Nail polish, gel polish, gel, electric files, implements, drill bits or used acrylic and liquid.
● DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED IN SHIPPING, OR INCORRECT ITEMS: For the purposes of this policy, the term "Defective" refers to out-of-box defects only. Any other defects, flaws or product failures would fall under Warranty (see above).


DAMAGES IN SHIPPING: (See Shipping)
Incorrect items must be reported within (24) hours if you had received a product(s) other than the item(s) you ordered. Please contact our customer service department via email at: shop@zurno.com . Or call 888.887.8807 Mon. - Fri., 8am - 5pm ET time.


EXCHANGES:
Zurno, Inc. will accept exchanges to items purchased here within. Please send the items back to the address listed below. Upon receipt and satisfactory inspection, we will issue a credit toward the purchase of your next item. Customers are subject to any shipping costs associated with the exchanges.


RESTOCKING FEE:
A restocking fee is applicable to some product categories. The restocking fee charges are:

30% for Special Order Products, including salon furniture, pedicure chairs & other
heavy equipment. We suggest that you finalize on equipment selection and decision
before making your purchase. Large equipment requires special packing prior to being
shipped for safety of the products and personnel handling this shipment. If you do not
have the necessary supplies or equipment to pack and ship these items back in a safe
condition, then you must take this into consideration before you purchase the product.


GENERAL NOTE:
15% RESTOCKING FEE is a must because if you buy a product and then return it, the company has to deal with more costs to handle the return. In many cases, the company is stuck with a product that cannot be sold as new anymore. Would you want to buy a product that is supposed to be new and instead receive a box that has been opened and a product used by another customer? I certainly wouldn’t. If I buy something online, I expect it to be brand new, first quality, and factory sealed by the manufacturer.
